    We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience. For this, we offer an Easy Exchange on all our products (We do not offer refund on our Bags).
  2. Exchange Policy:
    We understand that preferences can change, and we’re here to help you find the perfect handbag. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please adhere to the following guidelines:

The handbag must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be presented

Exchanges can be made for a different design of the same value or higher. If the chosen item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged

Shipping and handling fees for the return and the exchanged item are the customer’s responsibility

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective handbag, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide guidance on returning the item and offer you the option of exchange, or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at contact@velkatrends.com to inform us of your intention to exchange. Package the handbag securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories

Include a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) inside the package

Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return/exchange

Please note that VELKA TRENDS reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
